The iconic Marina Mart 1530 building was built in 1922 and last renovated in 1986. In 2024, the brick wall on the north side was structurally coming apart, and the brick mortar was failing. Replacing the 40 x 200-foot wall would be expensive. We saved the owner thousands and added to the building aesthetic by covering and shoring up the failing brick wall with corrugated metal.
The new metal façade strengthens the wall structurally and protects the building envelope.
