Family-owned Service Linen Supply in Renton, Washington, has provided restaurants, hotels, and other food service establishments with pristine linens and uniforms for over 60 years. They built a solid reputation for consistent quality and service.

We updated several areas in their executive offices to reflect the company’s high standards and commitment to excellence. We also upgraded two staircases and made maintenance updates in their laundry plant.

We added custom wood paneling to one office (which we fabricated in our shop) and tuckpointed an existing brick wall in another.

They have a brand new kitchen with beautiful sold wood, cabinets we fabricated in our shop, a quartz countertop, and LVP flooring. We transformed the bathroom with luxurious quartz wall paneling and countertop, new LED lighting, a custom wood vanity, and ceramic tile flooring.

Their plant processes thousands of linens every day.

We added stainless steel panels to a busy walkway to reduce wear and tear on the linen bags as they pass through.

The plant generates a tremendous amount of lint that is surprisingly sticky. We applied a plastic wrap to the overhead hot water pipes to protect the existing insulation and increase the insulation value. The plastic also makes the pipes easier and faster to clean. This update reduced their maintenance and hot water heating costs – an excellent return on investment.
