The four-story, 28-unit Stone Court Apartments in Seattle, Washington, was built in 1989. Residents appreciate the convenient location, large apartments, and spacious balconies. Our rainy and damp maritime weather has been rough on its balconies, wood railings, wood fence, and wood doors that conceal the garbage receptacle.

We rebuilt and recoated all the decks, removed the existing wood deck railings, and installed new metal railings and posts that we custom-fabricated in our shop. The new metal railings are both attractive and long-lasting.

We replaced an old fence with a new wood fence with aesthetic features , like a horizontal top railing, that can also help it last longer.
