The La Quinta Inn & Suites

La Quinta by Wyndham is known for providing contemporary hotel accommodations. This three-story hotel features a self-service Bright Side Breakfast® bar, gym, business center, meeting space, bar, an outdoor pool, and 115 guest rooms. 

Replaced Hotel Signage

Rebranding the hotel included replacing all the hotel’s existing exterior and interior signage with La Quinta signage. The exterior updates included four large signs, graphics, and the color pallet.

The renovation included reconstructing and repairing the porte cochere.

Rebranded and Renovated Guest Common Areas

We renovated all guest common areas, including the hotel lobby, reception desk, dining area, Bright Side® breakfast buffet, lounge, business center, and fitness center, using décor, colors, fixtures, and furnishings with La Quinta branding and colors.

Renovating an Operating Hotel

Rebranding and renovating an operating hotel requires extensive planning and excellent communication to minimize the impact on guests, hotel staff, and management. All work was carefully planned and materials and equipment staged to promote efficiently and reduce the potential impact on guests and staff. Proactive communication with hotel management helped keep operations running smoothly with minimal disruptions.
