“I have spent over two years working with Construction Expeditors and have been thrilled not only with the high-quality work, but also the rock-solid pricing and attention to detail.
“Our first project was a complete bathroom install. We were in a very tight timeline, but Jeff and his team were able to not only complete the project on time, but also instaledl a custom tile shower that is truly beautiful!
“We continued to work with them through the installation of a new kitchen in one of our rentals. We needed something representing the high-end neighborhood the rental is in while keeping costs down. They handled the entire project with custom wood cabinets and stone countertops, all while beating out the box stores on quality and pricing.
“Finally, we have our 3-story townhome. When Jeff and his team came on, it was a half-finished basement space. They turned the building into a gorgeous and truly unique home. “I have been in the multi-family business for over 30 years, and we own and operate 140 doors. I have an extensive background in not only apartment building and operations but also construction.
“We are remodeling one of our apartment buildings, and I called Construction Expeditors after seeing an ad in the Rental Housing Association magazine.
