Hotel Guest Rooms Renovated
We fully renovated 26 guest rooms, including new carpet, paint, LED lighting, custom cabinetry, windows, window treatments, and USB ports. The bathroom renovations included new tile, quartz counters, lighting, paint, and fixtures.
Renovated Guest Common Areas
We renovated the front desk area, including signage, lobby, ADA/accessible bathrooms, breakfast bar, and hallways, and replaced the pool deck and wall tile. Quality materials and craftsmanship throughout ensure the hotel’s investment will look beautiful for many years and deliver exceptional value for the owners.
