PIP Rebrand as an Extended Stay of America
A Property Improvement Plan (PIP) rebranding and refresh for a 146-room Portland metro area hotel to an Extended Stay of America franchise.
Exterior rebranding and refresh work include signage, roof work, the porte cochere, parking lots, new lighting, new landscaping, new fencing, and removing debris.
Interior common area rebranding and refresh work includes the lobby, hallways, and other common areas, and converting the kitchen to “grab-and-go” self-service. New flooring and paint throughout.
Guest room rebranding and refresh include installing kitchenettes in each guest room.
